Yes, you can change the shipping address of your order only before it is billed or shipped. No changes can be done post order shipment.
As our policy, the delivery guy will always contact you before delivery to check your availability. However, in such cases we will try to reattempt for delivery in the next 2 days.
No, Made-to-Order pieces can not be cancelled after 24 hours, as they are made on order and the production process starts after 24 hours.
- In that case, we advise you to ask in your neighbourhood once if someone else has received it.
- Contact the courier company to cross check on which name the package has been signed.
- Contact us if you have not received your package in 10-15 days after getting the tracking details.
If there is no update about the delivery we will consider the order has been delivered, you cannot apply for the refund.

Yes definitely, being an international brand we do not compromise with the quality at any cost. The product will arrive in exact the same condition as shown on the website. However, due to screen difference the colour may vary slightly.
