All Made to Order (MTO) products are non-returnable and non-refundable, as these items are specially crafted only after an order is placed.
Return Eligibility
Orders placed on or after 25 December 2025 are eligible for return and refund, subject to the following conditions:
The product must be unused, intact, and returned in its original condition
All original labels, tags, and price tags must be attached
The customer must contact our Customer Support within 3 days of delivery via WhatsApp, email, or phone call
Products that are damaged, altered, worn, or tampered with will not be eligible for return
Quality Check & Refund Process
Once the returned product is received at our facility, it will undergo a thorough Quality Check (QC)
Refunds will be initiated only after the product passes QC
If the product does not meet our return criteria, the refund request may be declined
To process the refund, the customer will be required to share the following bank details with our Customer Support:
Bank Account Number
Account Holder’s Name
IFSC Code
After successful QC and receipt of bank details, the refund process may take 7–10 working days to complete
Note: Customers may return products for exchange if they are faulty due to manufacturing defects or our error. However, we request that returns for the same issue are limited to two times to ensure efficient resolution and maintain product quality.
