Return & Refund Policy

  • Made to Order (MTO) Articles
    • All Made to Order (MTO) products are non-returnable and non-refundable, as these items are specially crafted only after an order is placed.

Return Eligibility

  • Orders placed on or after 25 December 2025 are eligible for return and refund, subject to the following conditions:
  • The product must be unused, intact, and returned in its original condition
  • All original labels, tags, and price tags must be attached
  • The customer must contact our Customer Support within 3 days of delivery via WhatsApp, email, or phone call
  • Products that are damaged, altered, worn, or tampered with will not be eligible for return

Quality Check & Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received at our facility, it will undergo a thorough Quality Check (QC)
  • Refunds will be initiated only after the product passes QC
  • If the product does not meet our return criteria, the refund request may be declined
  • To process the refund, the customer will be required to share the following bank details with our Customer Support:
    • Bank Account Number
    • Account Holder’s Name
    • IFSC Code
  • After successful QC and receipt of bank details, the refund process may take 7–10 working days to complete

Highest Discount Category Products

Products sold under the Highest Discount Category are offered at heavily discounted prices and are not eligible for return or refund.

Exception:

If a product from the Highest Discount Category is received in a damaged condition or an incorrect product is delivered, a return request may be considered only after internal investigation.

Please note:
  • All our products are video recorded during the packing process for quality and verification purposes
  • Approval of such return requests will be subject to verification and investigation
  • Any discrepancies found during investigation may lead to rejection of the return/refund request

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of order placement
  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed as per the standard refund timeline
  • Cancellation requests received after 24 hours will not be accepted
  • Orders that are already processed, dispatched, or Made to Order cannot be cancelled

Note: Customers may return products for exchange if they are faulty due to manufacturing defects or our error. However, we request that returns for the same issue are limited to two times to ensure efficient resolution and maintain product quality.
